Service Delivery Manager - F&A - MDM 4C

Overview

Lead end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) operations and service delivery for Finance & Accounting (F&A) master data across Material, Vendor, Customer and Finance domains.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) operations across domains such as Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance Master Data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and governance.
• Drive implementation of data governance frameworks, quality controls, and process standards to ensure high-quality and error-free master data.
• Partner with Business and IT teams to design and implement digital and ERP solutions (SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, data lakes, analytics) that enable efficiency and scalability.
• Link master data challenges to business process impacts across P2P, OTC, and Finance, providing actionable insights and solutions.
• Manage project and service delivery timelines, stakeholder engagement, and operational transitions to achieve business objectives and client satisfaction.
• Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities using AI, ML, and Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational performance.
• Build and mentor teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration while developing thought leadership and client-facing best practices in MDM.

What you'll need

• Bachelors - Accounting, Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, or Masters - Finance.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) - Skillab or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Perfekt Szolnok.
