Overview
ServiceNow Technical Delivery Manager responsible for technical strategy, delivery, governance, and operational excellence for the ServiceNow platform.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, delivery, and operational management of the ServiceNow platform.
- Own technical strategy and governance for ServiceNow platform architecture and solution quality.
- Manage technical teams and drive platform adoption for scalable enterprise service management.
- Act as the primary technical owner for ServiceNow products and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and leadership teams.
What you'll need
- Overall experience of 15+ years.
- 12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience in IT Ops, Sec Ops & HRSD (mandatory).
- 8+ years as a ServiceNow Technical Architect / Solution Architect.
- Experience managing large, global ServiceNow environments and multi-partner delivery models.
- Experience with architecture reviews, platform standards, partner oversight, and technical debt reduction.
