Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer role responsible for inspecting, monitoring and maintaining building facilities and the upkeep of the property, including high-rise buildings.

What you'll do

• Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities including lifts, DG set, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, electricity supply and building work.
• Carry out upkeep of the entire property, including maintenance of high-rise buildings.
• Report and follow up on any requests and complaints from customers to the management office.
• Follow up on pending issues carried forward from the previous shift.
• Maintain hand over/take over log books for each shift.
• Check and maintain the log books and checklists of all facilities.
• Prepare and send daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Operations Manager.
