Senior Manager - Facility

Overview

Senior Manager responsible for facility operations, maintenance, HSE and project activities across Indian sites, leading the operational standards and compliance programme.

What you'll do

• Review and improve operational standard procedures (OSP), checklists and formats, including safety requirements.
• Review and follow up with units on process deployment and support them to reach compliance level.
• Conduct quarterly audits of all sites across India for deployment and sustenance.
• Review and improve the maintenance schedule of all MEP equipment and AMC schedules.
• Network with a global community of subject experts for knowledge sharing.
• Prepare improvement case studies and demonstrate achievements to clients and management.
• Develop standard training material and site-based training rooms for technical agendas.
• Manage and lead operation, maintenance, HSE and project activities.
• Plan, implement and monitor operation, preventive, predictive, shutdown maintenance, projects (MEP) and HSE activities of buildings, assets and the entire premises.
• Plan operation and maintenance of HT/LT substations, transformers, DG, HVAC, chillers, BMS, water, compressed air, STP, WTP, RO, fire detection and protection systems, UPS, audio and video systems, access control, CCTV equipment and electrical distribution systems.
• Liaise with value-added service vendors and drive contract closure.
• Give recommendations on vendor selection, audit vendor performance regularly and share results with the purchase team.
• Ensure proper completion of E&M activities related to projects and day-to-day technical problems, including Electricity Consumption Tracker, 52 Week PM Schedule, AMC / DLP / Warranty Tracking, LOTO System, SOP and Equipment History Cards.
• Ensure required standards in housekeeping and security at all sites.
• Ensure materials are maintained at the minimum inventory at all sites.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly reports, manage vendors, and ensure statutory compliances.
• Ensure building statutory compliance adherence, including Fire NOC, OC, DPCC, lift licenses and report submissions, and track monthly due details.
• Liaise with government bodies on all building concerns.
