Site Project Coordinator

Overview

The Site Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in a remote California role. The position works with project leadership, field personnel, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to support safety, quality, and project goals.

What you'll do

• Assist project and site leadership in resolving construction issues.
• Coordinate site meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Review subcontractor schedules, procedures, and safety reports.
• Establish project safety standards and productivity monitoring processes.
• Liaise with the project owner and government officials.
• Communicate with trade labor union representatives on and off site.
• Apply knowledge of local construction methods and heavy equipment installation.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of experience directing construction site activities.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Active California Class B General Contractors License.
• Alternatively, an active Class C-61/D-34 Specialty Contractors License.
• Knowledge of local means and methods.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment installation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Full-time, fixed-term contract.
• Remote work in California, United States.
• Expected pay: $21.51–$29.58 per hour.
