Strategic Account Associate, Medical Communications

Overview

Support strategic medical communications accounts by managing client communications, contributing to planning, coordinating execution, and supporting account growth.

What you'll do

• Serve as a day-to-day client contact with senior account leadership.
• Contribute to strategic, tactical, brand, and project plans.
• Support scoping, budgeting, forecasting, and account financial management.
• Coordinate internal teams on strategy, timelines, and client expectations.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and readiness before client delivery.
• Participate in or lead client and healthcare professional meetings.
• Identify account growth opportunities and client engagement ideas.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of account management experience in medical communications or a related industry.
• PowerPoint design proficiency.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, management, marketing, or business.

• Remote role in the United States.
• Salary range: $70,642.40–$105,963.60 USD yearly.
• Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
