Site Reliability Engineer

Overview

Build, maintain and improve highly available, secure and scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency and production reliability for Sophos cybersecurity products.

What you'll do

• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using Terraform, scripting, programming and custom automation solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage Kubernetes-based infrastructure and microservices.
• Implement monitoring and observability.
• Handle production deployments, incident response, troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support vulnerability remediation.
• Optimize cloud costs.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Security and infrastructure teams to improve reliability and meet SLA/SLO targets.
