Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) I

Overview

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) I supporting and enhancing cloud-based applications and infrastructure with a focus on AWS administration, reliability, and scalability.

What you'll do

• Manage software deployments, change requests, and server maintenance activities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents with root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Support and optimize AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and containerized applications.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodePipeline, GitHub, and JFrog Artifactory.
• Drive deployment automation and platform stability and scalability.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of experience in AWS Cloud, DevOps, SRE, or Production Support environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation for operational efficiency improvements.
• Experience managing application deployments, infrastructure operations, change management, and incident response in production.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for root cause analysis and service improvement.
• Exposure to AI technologies and contributing to AI-driven automation initiatives.

Details

• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (ATS line also includes Bengaluru, Karnataka).
• Shift time: Rotational 11.00 AM - 8.00 PM.
• Work model: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office depending on the role).
