Site Reliablity Engineer

Overview

Maintain and improve reliable, low-latency trading systems while collaborating with systems, performance, network, trading, and software engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Translate trading requests into technical requirements and scalable solutions.
• Operate and maintain production trading systems for continuity and stability.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate trading software changes.
• Develop automation tools to streamline operational processes.
• Support trading strategy and infrastructure improvements.
• Facilitate market connectivity and troubleshoot issues with exchanges.
• Use AI tools for incident investigation and root-cause analysis.

What you'll need

• In-depth knowledge and experience with Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containerization and orchestration.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong programming experience in Python and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in engineering or operational workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or Technology.
• Experience supporting high-performance applications and production-critical systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Puppet, Prometheus, and Grafana.
