We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Executive who can help build our online presence and engage our audience across multiple platforms. Your Core Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain company profiles across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish engaging content regularly.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
2. Content Creation
- Create compelling social media captions, posts, and basic creatives.
- Coordinate with the design team for graphics, reels, and promotional content.
- Use AI tools to assist with content ideation and research.
3. Audience Engagement & Growth
- Engage with target audiences and relevant communities.
- Increase brand awareness and follower growth through consistent engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
4. Performance Tracking
- Track key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth.
- Prepare basic performance reports and provide improvement suggestions.
- Analyze competitor social media activities and industry trends.
5. Process Improvement
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules.
- Assist in creating simple workflows and SOPs for social media activities.
- Explore tools and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Tools
Must Know:
- Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube)
- Canva
- Basic Content Writing
- Google Sheets / Excel
Good to Have:
- Meta Business Suite
- Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling tools
- ChatGPT or other AI tools
- Basic Video Editing (CapCut, Canva, VN, etc.)
