Software Engineer 2

Overview

Salesforce Developer (SE/SSE) role bridging Credit Saison India's CRM and its AWS microservices architecture, driving development for Sales and Service Clouds and collaborating on high-scale integrations.

What you'll do

• Design and build high-performance solutions using Apex and LWC.
• Customize the agent experience via Omni-Channel, custom console components, and complex Case Management.
• Build and maintain robust interfaces between Salesforce and AWS Microservices using REST APIs, Platform Events, and Event Relays.
• Leverage (or learn) Data Cloud and SFMC to unify customer profiles and drive automated marketing journeys.
• Utilize Git and CI/CD pipelines to manage code deployments within a sophisticated engineering ecosystem.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Console.
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external microservices.

Nice to have

• AWS experience (a major plus).
• Familiarity with Data Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
