Software Engineer

Overview

Software Engineer role in the One Ops team (COO organization) working on secure, scalable, reliable applications and services.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and microservices.
• Build and integrate event-driven solutions using Kafka.
• Develop and support cloud-based applications and services on AWS.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable software.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using GitHub Actions.
• Apply DevSecOps principles and security practices across the SDLC.

What you'll need

• Strong programming experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based application development.
• Experience with Kafka or similar event-driven messaging platforms.
• Working knowledge of GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL concepts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or related.
