Overview

As a Custom Software Engineer, you design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications. You deliver scalable solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices while collaborating with multiple teams.

What you'll do

• Design, code, and enhance tailored software solutions across systems or applications.
• Collaborate with teams and contribute to key team decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for immediate and other teams as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.
• Ensure delivery of scalable, efficient software using agile methodologies.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Strong Java programming knowledge and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization.
• Understanding of database design and query optimization.
• Ability to use version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• 15 years full-time education (required).
