Software Engineer - AI

Overview

Software Engineer (AI) to build production-ready GenAI features end-to-end, spanning model integration, evaluation, deployment, and user-facing interfaces.

What you'll do

• Develop end-to-end GenAI features including backend API services, model integration, monitoring, evaluations, and deployments.
• Integrate and optimize LLMs for business planning use cases using prompt engineering and RAG.
• Build conversational interfaces and agentic workflows using natural-language interactions.
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure and improve GenAI quality using metrics like accuracy and latency.
• Design and develop APIs that expose AI capabilities to the platform and third-party integrations.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability to track usage, errors, and model behavior.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years of understanding ML/AI systems.
• Strong Python programming skills and understanding of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers).
• Understanding or experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production.
• Understanding or experience in front-end development with React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
• Understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with prompt engineering and RAG systems.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
