Software Engineer (All Levels)

Overview

Software Engineers from Consultant II through Lead build and enhance frontend and backend digital products using modern engineering practices. The role spans the software development lifecycle, with expectations increasing from hands-on development to technical leadership and cross-product influence.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications.
• Participate in iteration planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Practice paired programming and test-driven development.
• Contribute to CI/CD and continuous delivery practices.
• Troubleshoot and support software products in user environments.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Lead system design, technical direction, and cross-product collaboration at Lead level.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience for Consultant II, 3+ years for Senior Consultant I & II, or 5+ years with demonstrated technical leadership for Lead.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and object-oriented design skills.
• Experience with Java/Spring, JavaScript, and React.
• Backend experience with APIs, databases, caching, and messaging systems.
• Frontend experience building responsive web or mobile applications.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Remote in the United States.
• Compensation is $85,000–$145,075 annually.
