Job description
Overview
Software Development Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery and ongoing support of engineering projects for Zillow Home Loans’ GNOME team.
What you'll do
- Lead delivery and ongoing support of projects end-to-end.
- Contribute to the design of new features.
- Review peers’ code.
- Advocate for standard methodologies.
- Facilitate engineering discussions.
- Mentor junior engineers.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- ES6, React, and TypeScript experience.
- GraphQL experience for web and mobile web applications.
- Python, NodeJS, and Go experience for APIs and services.
- Experience with persistence strategies for relational and non-relational databases.
- Skills across modern technologies for front-end and back-end software.
- Technical leadership for several years with impact beyond the team.
