Overview

Software Development Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery and ongoing support of engineering projects for Zillow Home Loans’ GNOME team.

What you'll do

• Lead delivery and ongoing support of projects end-to-end.
• Contribute to the design of new features.
• Review peers’ code.
• Advocate for standard methodologies.
• Facilitate engineering discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• ES6, React, and TypeScript experience.
• GraphQL experience for web and mobile web applications.
• Python, NodeJS, and Go experience for APIs and services.
• Experience with persistence strategies for relational and non-relational databases.
• Skills across modern technologies for front-end and back-end software.
• Technical leadership for several years with impact beyond the team.
