Software Engineer, AVP

Overview

Software Engineer (Associate Vice President level) responsible for engineering and maintaining secure, robust software solutions within a feature team.

What you'll do

• Engineer and maintain customer-centric, high-performance software solutions.
• Develop complex software, scripts, and tools with high quality.
• Work across the full lifecycle from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and operations.
• Design, produce, test, and implement working code.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform to optimise capability.
• Contribute to full-life-cycle ownership including enhancement, maintenance, replacement, or decommissioning.

What you'll need

• At least 9 years of experience with development/testing tools, bug tracking tools, and wikis.
• Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML concepts.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes/EKS.
• Experience with Grafana for monitoring and operational work.
• Experience with DevOps, Testing, and Agile methodology/toolsets.
