Overview

Build and operate the serverless execution engine and workflow orchestration platform supporting AI and automation capabilities. The role focuses on reliable, scalable, observable backend services for multi-tenant and multi-cloud workloads.

What you'll do

Design and operate serverless execution and workflow orchestration services.
Own uptime, latency SLOs, and incident response for platform services.
Architect scheduling, queuing, retry, and graceful degradation mechanisms.
Define and evolve versioned REST and event-driven APIs.
Instrument services with tracing, logging, alerting, and observability tools.
Maintain automated tests and production deployment pipelines.
Profile performance and optimize throughput, latency, and cloud costs.

What you'll need

3–6 years of experience building and operating production backend services at scale.
Expertise in Kotlin or Java, Python, FastAPI, distributed systems, and cloud-native service design.
Experience with Kubernetes and at least one of Azure, GCP, AWS, or private cloud.
Hands-on experience with workflow engines and event-driven architectures.
Experience with PostgreSQL, non-relational databases, object storage, and Redis.
Practical experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Experience supporting ML workloads or notebooks in production.

Nice to have

Familiarity with industrial knowledge graphs, entity resolution, or NLP/CV pipelines.
Familiarity with React or TypeScript.
Experience with vector embeddings, semantic search, or RAG infrastructure.
Understanding of model versioning and A/B experiment tracking.
