Software Engineer I (Java Backend, Go Preferred)

Overview

Software Engineer I responsible for designing and developing enterprise Java applications, with Go and agentic AI experience preferred or required as specified.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java and Go applications.
• Write unit tests and API automation tests.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze and resolve software issues and customer-reported problems.
• Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and code quality.
• Perform code reviews and improve engineering processes.
• Design agentic AI workflows and use AI coding assistants in development.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of software development experience with a strong product development background.
• BE, BTech, MCA, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Go.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of design and architectural patterns.
• Experience with MongoDB and SQL Server, including SQL scripts and stored procedures.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools and responsible AI principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spring, Kafka, AWS services, API Gateway, MongoDB, and Go.
• Knowledge of Google Add-ons.
