Software Engineer III (Golang,Python)

Overview

Software Engineer III role focused on designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software systems and enhancements.

What you'll do

• Design enhancements, updates, and programming changes for systems software subsystems.
• Analyze designs to determine coding, programming, and integration activities needed for assigned work.
• Write and execute complete testing plans for assigned application portions, including debugging and issue resolution.
• Lead a project team of software systems engineers and development partners to deliver reliable solutions.
• Collaborate with management and development partners on design status, progress, and issue resolution.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

What you'll need

• Strong programming skills in Golang and Python.
• Working experience in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, Cassandra).
• Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven programming for scale and performance.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with software development workflows and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Education and experience: Typically 5-8 years and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/related field.
