Software Engineer - REACT Lead

Overview

Lead a team of professional-level software engineers, setting plans, priorities and processes to meet team performance and results requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of professional-level employees.
• Develop and communicate plans and priorities to meet team performance and results requirements.
• Establish team processes, goals, and procedures and track performance.
• Inform and influence decision-making at the management level.
• Provide coaching and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5-7 years+ experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience in ASP.NET, SQL, JQuery, CSS and JavaScript.
• At least 2+ years in REST API and WCF Services.
• At least 2+ years of experience with MVC.
• Good understanding of VSTS/TFS/JIRA & Confluence.
