What you'll do

• Design, develop, implement and test a set of technical products in response to an external or internal need.
• Act as an advanced technologist, enabling strong coding practices and solid design decisions.
• Build meaningful relationships with relevant stakeholders and effectively partner to remove organizational obstacles and guide cross-team strategic efforts.
• Serve as agile/product champion by enabling product teams and partnering with other leaders to drive empowerment, autonomy, engineering momentum, and business value.
• Foster a culture of empowerment, engineering excellence, and growth.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Twelve or more years of experience.

Nice to have

• Thorough knowledge of information systems technology and software development processes and tools, especially industry specific applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the business unit supported as well as the ability to recognize the business impact to the overall organization.
• Strong engineering and technology background with the ability to drive product solutions.
• Demonstrated management, leadership, interpersonal, and excellent oral and written communication skills, with sound judgement, and the ability to drive decisions through consensus and influence.
