HIH - Software Engineering Manager

Overview

Lead the Hyderabad SAP S/4HANA technology team responsible for project execution, enhancements, and incident resolution. The role combines SAP delivery leadership, supply chain and distribution expertise, and people management.

What you'll do

• Lead Configuration and Engineering subject matter experts.
• Advise business stakeholders and align solutions with delivery roadmaps.
• Estimate effort and cost for projects and enhancements.
• Oversee techno-functional design and requirements documentation.
• Prioritize demand and assign project and enhancement tasks.
• Approve change-control activities and support configuration audits.
• Coach employees, conduct evaluations, and manage development plans.

What you'll need

• 12+ years managing SAP solutions.
• 7+ years managing people and teams.
• 5+ years working with SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud modules including OTC, Vistex, Supply Chain, SD, EWM, MM, and FICO.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP delivery practices.
• Strong communication, decision-making, requirements management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Big Four consulting manager experience.
• Master of Business Administration.
• Supply chain, wholesale pharmaceutical distribution, or life sciences experience.
• SAP implementation or upgrade experience.
• CBAP certification.
• APICS or SCOR certification.

• Location: Hyderabad, India.
• Standard hours: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST.
• Flexibility required to support US Eastern Time business hours.
