Overview

Software Engineering Manager for Evernorth in the Data and Analytics Engineering operational effectiveness team, overseeing end-to-end lifecycle management of applications on-prem and in AWS.

What you'll do

• Oversee stability and performance of data integration and reporting platforms.
• Manage incident resolution and ensure timely recovery of failed jobs.
• Coordinate root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of data pipeline issues.
• Optimize operational processes and drive migration of reporting solutions to a cloud-based environment.
• Lead automation using Generative AI to enable self-healing capabilities and reduce manual workarounds.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and manage capacity, prioritization, and resources against SLAs.

What you'll need

• 11 to 13 years of experience in software engineering management context (as stated).
• 3+ years of people management experience leading development and engineering team.
• Experience with Ab Initio and Informatica.
• 8+ years of experience with Mainframe technologies and Unix/Linux platforms.
• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with Python.
• 6+ years of experience with Informatica and Ab Initio.
• Experience with AWS services including IAM, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Step Functions, Lambdas, MWAA, SQS, SNS, Glue, and Athena.
