Overview

Senior DevOps Engineer role supporting teams across IM Technology Services to adopt DevOps practices, improve continuous improvement, and deliver secure, compliant deployments.

What you'll do

Support teams in adopting DevOps culture and continuous improvement/quality engineering principles.
Contribute to a DevOps strategy and roadmap.
Bring secure-by-design mindset from development through release.
Enhance International Markets DevOps tooling and drive adoption of security best practices.
Design practices and patterns for consistency, reuse, and compliance.
Enable secure, compliant deployments from source control to production and ensure tooling meets regulatory requirements.
Architect and deliver pilots/proofs-of-concept and map user stories to technical specifications.

What you'll need

Growth mindset and passion for solving difficult technical challenges.
Experience working within an Agile environment.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders across environment/test/infrastructure/application management.
Ability to work and communicate remotely in an international, multi-cultural environment.
In-depth CI/CD experience and tooling (source control, pipelines).
Comfort managing Windows or Linux command line (preferably both).
Strong scripting skills (Python, javascript, powershell, or go) and experience with testing frameworks.
