Overview

Senior Analyst Software Engineering role at Evernorth focused on Cloud AI/ML engineering and productionizing machine learning models for enterprise use.

What you'll do

• Implement and maintain ML models using CI/CD pipelines.
• Refactor code to meet enterprise standards for error handling, logging, and performance.
• Optimize compute resources to reduce AWS costs while maintaining fast model response.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in model deployment and performance.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
• Support existing ML models and other cloud applications as needed.

What you'll need

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum 11-13 years of experience in Workforce Management.
• 4+ years operationalizing machine learning models.
• 4+ years working with Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark, plus Spark/Scala.
• 4+ years architecting solutions in cloud technology (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• 4+ years working with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Spark ML).

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks.
• AWS Solution Architecture and Developer certification.
• Nice to have data science and machine learning certifications from a reputed institution.
• Familiarity in scripting (JavaScript, R, Ruby, Perl, etc.).
• Gen AI/LLM implementation and LLM orchestration skills.
• Strong database systems experience with tools listed in the posting.
