Overview
Senior Manager in Software Engineering focused on adopting Generative AI and Agentic AI for the Chief Operating Office within Fraud & Claims Technology.
What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, responsible GenAI/ML solutions for Claims & Recovery processes.
- Manage, coach, and develop software engineering and AI specialists delivering GenAI capabilities.
- Architect and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks with agent communication and multi-source context coordination.
- Build production-ready AI systems with observability and model validation for LLMs and multi-agent systems.
- Enforce best practices for automated testing, CI, and responsible AI evaluation.
- Work with architects and engineering leaders to align releases with banking platform architecture and non-functional requirements.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies.
- 2+ years of experience building and deploying GenAI applications in production.
- Strong background in Agentic Engineering and AI system design.
- Strong experience in banking and financial domain to solve business problems with agentic solutions.
- Professional machine learning certifications from more than one cloud provider (preferably Azure or Google).
