Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Overview

As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, execute test cases, identify defects, improve test documentation, and provide insights to enhance quality assurance processes. The role focuses on diverse testing scenarios and software functionality and reliability.

What you'll do

• Execute various test cases.
• Help identify defects.
• Improve test documentation.
• Provide insights to enhance quality assurance processes.
• Validate end-to-end business processes across Sales, Service, and CPQ modules.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT support testing.
• Perform test planning, test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and end-to-end validation within Salesforce ecosystems.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of QA/testing experience.
• At least 3+ years in Salesforce applications.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations.
• Experience validating end-to-end business processes across Sales, Service, and CPQ modules.
• Ability to perform functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT support testing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud testing.
• Salesforce Service Cloud testing.
• Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) testing.
• API Testing (REST/SOAP, Postman, integration validation).
• Strong experience in test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking, and end-to-end validation within Salesforce ecosystems.

• Automation Testing (Selenium, Cypress, Salesforce automation frameworks, etc.).
• ERP Integration Testing (Salesforce integrations with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Database/ETL Testing (SQL, data validation, data migration testing).
• Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Community Cloud.
• Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

• Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
