Solution Architect

Overview

Solution Architect to drive end-to-end technical engagement for enterprise customer deals around TrueFoundry’s AI Gateway control plane and infrastructure for production agentic systems.

What you'll do

• Own the technical arc of the deal from discovery and demo through architecture discussion and POC to close.
• Win the POC by defining success criteria, tracking execution milestones, and delivering integration glue, agent workflows, and eval pipelines.
• Make architecture decisions on how customers will run AI in production.
• Act as the technical decision-maker and trusted technical face to customer engineering leaders and the CTO.
• Steer product direction by compiling field signals into structured, data-backed requests for engineering and product.

What you'll need

• 3 to 7 years of backend software engineering experience with production systems you have shipped and owned.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Comfort with Kubernetes or major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Production experience with LLMs, agents, evals, or ML pipelines.
• Familiarity with the modern stack including vLLM, SGLang, LangChain, Triton, or model serving (strong plus).
• Ability to lead architecture discussions with customer engineering leaders and then execute the work.

• Flexible hybrid work: 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
