Overview

Solution Test Engineer role focused on architecting end-to-end test automation suites for integrated UI/API/networking workflows across cloud and on-prem environments.

What you'll do

• Design and implement E2E UI, API, and integration test automation frameworks.
• Lead test planning, scenario modeling, and defect triage for integrated Cisco hardware/cloud solutions.
• Embed AI (agentic, no-code, LLM-assisted generation) into test automation pipelines for coverage and faster regressions.
• Simulate enterprise network topologies to test L2/L3 protocol behaviors and related data/controller flows.
• Integrate CI/CD quality gates, defect governance, and mentor mid-level test engineers.

What you'll need

• 7–10 years of experience in Quality Engineering.
• Advanced Python or Java skills for custom test framework building and backend validation.
• UI automation proficiency with Selenium/Playwright/Cypress.
• API automation framework experience with REST Assured and/or PyTest.
• Experience using AI tools (LLM developer tools, agentic no-code) for intelligent test scripting and maintenance.
• Enterprise networking expertise (routing/switching, CCNA/CCNP level) and packet analysis with Wireshark.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix internals, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and Splunk log analysis.
