Solutions Architect - India

Overview

Role: Solutions Architect (India). You are a deeply technical, post-sale partner embedded in Cursor’s strategic enterprise accounts to help engineering organizations roll out AI-native development workflows.

What you'll do

• Roll out Cursor across strategic engineering organizations.
• Configure environments, design workflows, and run hands-on enablement sessions.
• Help developers integrate Cursor into production workflows.
• Identify workflow friction and solve technical problems quickly.
• Lead architecture reviews and technical working sessions.
• Translate adoption into measurable engineering impact.
• Bring customer feedback into Product and Engineering to shape capabilities.

What you'll need

• Strong technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or developer tooling.
• Customer-facing experience in roles like Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Enterprise Architect, or similar.
• Ability to work hands-on with engineering teams while operating strategically with technical leadership.
• Understanding of developer workflows, SDLC tooling, integrations, CI/CD systems, governance, and enterprise engineering environments.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to technical and executive audiences.
• Strong instincts around workflow design and adoption strategy.
