Services Architect II

Overview

Services Architect II consults with clients to analyze business needs and design and coordinate a services solution.

What you'll do

• Partner with UKG Sales and Services Architects line of business to pursue and close services opportunities.
• Act as a single point of contact for Sales and Services Delivery for services opportunities.
• Analyze target customer business, operations, and industry trends to shape the proposed service approach.
• Drive the sales process to completion by coordinating Services resources and documentation (proposals, SOWs, RFP responses).
• Track sales and pipeline data using existing systems and maintain the pipeline for relevant management stakeholders.
• Support revenue growth by evaluating services components, engaging customer management, and proposing business-benefit solutions.
• Contribute to efficiency improvements in the sales function via development/deployment of services sales tools/templates.

What you'll need

• 3-5+ years in a professional services role, ideally 3+ years in application software implementation and/or services sales.
• Advanced knowledge of HCM, WFM, Scheduling, Leave Management, or similar domain product/systems.
• Experience with customer presentations, developing SOWs, responding to RFPs, estimating projects, and negotiating contracts.
• Ability to develop and manage complex services solutions for small/medium to Enterprise-level organizations.
• Experience with Launch implementation methodology, including defining project requirements, managing engagements, and developing project plans.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
