Solutions Architect - Presales

Overview

Solutions Architect - Presales role supporting partners and sales teams with Cisco-based solution design, positioning, and delivery.

What you'll do

• Work with sales to understand customer requirements and propose Cisco solutions.
• Provide presales technical support including solution design, BoM creation, and proposal documentation.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Support partner enablement via training sessions and workshops on Cisco technologies.
• Assist Cisco account teams with deal registrations, pricing, and solution validation.
• Handle RFP/RFI responses ensuring timely submissions with accurate technical details.

What you'll need

• 3–8 years of experience in presales / network engineering / solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies across routing & switching, security, wireless, collaboration, and data center.
• Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to design scalable and cost-effective solutions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics/Telecommunications/IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.
