Solutions Architect - Presales

Overview

Solutions Architect (Presales) to design end-to-end infrastructure solutions, support customers during discovery and technical assessments, and enable sales with proposals and technical validations.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions using the Dell ISG portfolio.
• Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Run discovery workshops and technical assessments with customers.
• Present solution architectures to customer IT teams and leadership.
• Support the sales cycle by developing BoMs, HLDs, LLDs, and proposal/RFP-RFQ responses.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.

What you'll need

• 8–15+ years experience in infrastructure, data centre, cloud, virtualization, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience across compute, storage, and networking technologies.
• Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Windows Server, and Linux.
• Skills in hybrid cloud and multi-cloud architecture.
• Ability to create solution proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and technical workshops.
• Experience with infrastructure solutions for AI/GenAI.
