Overview
Senior Partner Solutions Architect for Chainguard’s Professional Services team in India (Remote), partnering with SIs, resellers, and technology partners to enable secure implementations of Chainguard solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead technical enablement programs for partner teams to implement and drive adoption of Chainguard Containers and Libraries.
- Collaborate with alliance/channel teams to understand partner capabilities, pain points, and go-to-market motions for joint strategies.
- Create and maintain partner-facing technical content such as integration guides, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Support partners in post-sales technical engagements including co-delivery, architecture reviews, and escalation support.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between partners and Chainguard Product and Engineering to convey requirements and feedback.
- Build and maintain partner-level architecture documentation and share best practices across the organization.
What you'll need
- 4+ years experience in a post-sales role supporting clients (preferably partner-facing).
- 8+ years experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
- Experience working with or within a partner ecosystem (SIs, ISVs, resellers, or technology alliances) and partner go-to-market.
- Ability to communicate technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- At least a Bachelor's degree focused on Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
