Applied AI Architect, Partnerships

Overview

Applied AI Architect, Partnerships is a pre-sales solutions architecture role focused on building technical relationships with global/regional system integrators and cloud partners, and supporting joint GenAI solution development.

What you'll do

• Serve as a technical thought partner to the GTM partnerships team.
• Embed with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable AI practices and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with partners to identify high-value industry-specific GenAI applications and develop joint solutions/reference architectures.
• Unblock strategic customer deals when partners are the primary delivery vehicle.
• Represent Anthropic at partner events and lead/support developer events and technical enablement sessions.
• Validate and gather product feedback related to partner use cases and deployment patterns.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing/partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• A track record partnering with GSIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges from solution design through delivery.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to C-suite executives, engineering, and IT teams.
• Strong presentation and technical communication skills.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
• Experience teaching/mentoring and a passion for safe, beneficial technology.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Work mode: Location-based hybrid policy; at least 25% of the time in an office.
