Principal Partner Solutions Engineer, SAARC (Based in Bangalore)

Overview

Principal Partner Solutions Engineer (SAARC) — strategic, high-impact technical sales leader owning end-to-end partner technical lifecycle and enablement (pre- and post-sales).

What you'll do

• Own the technical relationship with assigned partners to align on joint GTM strategies.
• Drive end-to-end Technical Account Plans mapping partner business goals to CF1 and AI adoption milestones.
• Enable and cultivate “champions” within partner organizations to independently sell scalable solutions.
• Coordinate pre-sales technical validation, PoCs, demos, and pipeline acceleration for partner deals.
• Own the ASD partner journey to ensure partners can deploy, manage, and support Cloudflare and AI workloads.
• Co-develop joint services catalogues and help embed CF1 and Workers AI into partner managed security portfolios.
• Use Cloudflare OS and AI tools to automate repeatable technical tasks and support continuous innovation.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of technical, partner-facing experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or networking.
• Strong technical depth in Cloudflare One (CF1) or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
• Experience developing technical talent or building “champion” programs within partner organizations.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT and hybrid/multi-cloud environments while managing complex projects.
• Ability to manage the technical lifecycle from pre-sales discovery through post-sale service delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
