Partner Solutions Engineer

Overview

Partner Solutions Engineer who acts as the technical bridge between DevRev and its reseller, OEM, system integrator, and alliance ecosystem. Leads partner-led pre-sales discovery, solution design, enablement, and technical account activities across the partner lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Articulate DevRev platform features, benefits, and business value to partners.
• Translate partner objectives into DevRev-aligned solutions.
• Support partner solution discovery, architecture, and proposal creation during the sales cycle.
• Deliver technical enablement via tailored updates, bootcamps, shadowing, and workshops.
• Support partner demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
• Guide technical evaluations and proof-of-value engagements with partners.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or platform vendor technical pre-sales/solutions engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a partner-focused role.
• Proven track record delivering technical demos, workshops, and tailored solution proposals.
• Experience conducting competitive analysis and identifying partner white-space.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Travel willingness up to 75% depending on business and partner needs.
