Senior Business Solutions Engineer, BizTech(LegalTech)

Overview

Senior Business Solutions Engineer embedded within the Legal Technology team, partnering with Airbnb's global Legal organization to deploy AI tools, implement legal systems and integrations, and automate workflows.

What you'll do

• Identify workflow automation and AI integration opportunities with Legal stakeholders.
• Own the lifecycle of Legal AI tools from intake through deployment.
• Build and deploy AI workflows, multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and AI copilots.
• Translate business requirements into engineering-ready specifications.
• Manage governance intake, reviews, and approvals across PLADIS, Security, and Privacy.
• Maintain the Legal Tech project portfolio and report initiatives to leadership.
• Deliver Claude Enterprise training and track adoption metrics.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of professional experience in Legal Technology or Enterprise SaaS implementation.
• At least 2 years of demonstrable experience using AI in workflows and customer support.
• Experience architecting AI applications, including multi-agent workflows, retrieval systems, and LLM integrations.
• Experience in forward-deployed, embedded, or client-centric technical positions.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-platform business solutions and integrations.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally in large global organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical design critique and workshop leadership.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MS or MBA in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
