Solutions Engineer

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer, you will support enterprise sales with technical expertise across demos, solution proposals, and requirement qualification for security-focused offerings.

What you'll do

• Assist sales teams with technical presentations and solution-led sales calls.
• Conduct customer demos and provide technical product and solution expertise.
• Gather customer requirements and build use cases based on customer needs and constraints.
• Manage technical responses to RFIs/RFPs and orchestrate virtual teams for consultative replies.
• Lead and complete proof of concept activities from engagement through delivery.
• Create solution proposals and demonstrate how solutions meet customer outcomes and differentiate from competitors.

What you'll need

• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Understanding of SecOps and XDR.
• Experience with Endpoint Security and EDR.
• Ability to form relationships at various levels.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of IT technologies and security solutions.
