Solutions Lead, Cloud

Overview

Solutions Lead, Cloud owns relationships with leading cloud and data infrastructure companies, connecting their needs to YipitData's datasets and solutions and acting as a thought leader on the cloud and AI infrastructure market.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery with cloud and data infrastructure accounts to understand their priorities and how they engage with alternative data today.
• Develop and offer insights tailored to specific teams and use cases, such as cloud and AI workload adoption and competitive trends for product teams, customer spend and consumption patterns for strategy and finance teams, and market share and growth trends for senior leadership.
• Own the solution side of every pitch, trial, and renewal alongside the Revenue team.
• Connect the dots on how YipitData's data can answer new client questions and expand usage across client organizations.
• Coordinate data deliverables with engineering, data, and product counterparts, and act as the point of escalation for data questions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing analytical role (solutions consulting, equity research, sales engineering, business strategy).
• A talent for data-driven storytelling.
• Experience working with enterprise technology, cloud, software, or data infrastructure companies, and a solid understanding of how they make money and what they need to know about their markets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an innovative, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to executive audiences.

Details

• May be performed fully remotely within the United States.
• Annual base salary range of $170,000 to $200,000, with variable compensation (on-target earnings), an annual performance-based bonus, and equity.
• Final compensation may depend on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal team benchmarks.
• Remote work performed outside YipitData's New York office may be subject to New York State tax withholding.
