Solutions Support Engineer, (Cloud Security & AI)

Overview

Solutions Support Engineer (Cloud Security & AI) providing technical support for the Wiz product, troubleshooting customer issues and scaling support via automation.

What you'll do

• Provide technical customer support for Wiz product issues.
• Troubleshoot and solve customer technical problems with collaboration.
• Identify cases that need escalation technically or strategically.
• Create and coordinate incident management requests with product/engineering.
• Design and implement scalable support automations using coding and scripting.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend/holiday coverage.

What you'll need

• Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support/technical support/system administration or related customer-facing roles.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Ability to read/debug code in Java, Python, Shell, JavaScript, or JSON.
• Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes, system virtualization, on-prem and/or hybrid cloud computing, and cloud identity/security.
• Experience with cloud monitoring/logging and local/cloud storage.
