Overview

A proactive, detail-oriented Logistics Operations Specialist who manages and executes end-to-end logistics operations, including documentation, coordination and process execution, in line with client requirements and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs).

What you'll do

• Execute day-to-day logistics operations across shipment handling, coordination and documentation.
• Ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and within defined timelines as per client and process IOPs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Manage logistics documentation (import/export, shipping, compliance) as part of the overall operational workflow.
• Prepare, validate and submit documents timely and accurately.
• Support team members on process, system or operational challenges.
• Work within structured processes and ensure compliance.

What you'll need

• Graduate with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Gaining experience in logistics operations (including documentation and coordination activities).
• Strong understanding of import/export processes and supply chain workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• RCA experience.
• Providing training or mentoring support.
