What you'll do

• Manage and support core operational processes within Banking and Capital Markets (BCM), ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate execution of key activities across banking operations, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Monitor operational risks and contribute to mitigation strategies in alignment with regulatory and internal control frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operational processes across banking and capital market functions.
• Assist in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures, documentation, and control mechanisms.
• Support periodic reviews and audits of operational processes to ensure adherence to compliance and risk protocols.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices relevant to banking operations and capital markets.

What you'll need

• Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, or Masters - Business Analytics.
• Required skill: General Accounting.
• Language: English, Proficient - C2 (Required).
