Specialist - F&A - I2C 4A

Overview

Specialist role in Finance and Accounting (F&A) within the I2C domain, handling agent account reconciliation, premium posting and collections follow-up.

What you'll do

• Reconcile the agent account as per remittance provided by the account current agent.
• Post the amount on policy bill lines received from the agent for policy premium.
• Follow up with the agent on delinquent items and on amounts lying in the suspense account.
• Ensure transaction quality complies with predefined parameters laid down by SLA metrics.
• Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis.
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules, i.e. per predefined rosters.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coach and groom team members to build a strong and efficient team.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's in Finance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses.
• Eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and be flexible as needs change.
• Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Skills: Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Receivable Collection, Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), Banking Capital Markets, Cash Application, Collections Management, Deductions Management.
• Language: English (Required), Upper Intermediate - B2 proficiency.

• Certifications: Accounts Payable Certification (F-Tec), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) (Skillab), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Perfekt Szolnok), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) (Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje), Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (Corporate Finance Institute).
