Overview
Handle activities related to the I2C domain, including agent account reconciliation, policy premium posting, delinquency follow-up, reporting and transaction quality. Support team effectiveness through coaching and grooming of team members.
What you'll do
- Reconcile the agent account as per remittance provided by the account current agent.
- Post the amount on policy bill lines received from the agent for policy premium.
- Follow up with the agent on delinquent items and on the amount lying in the suspense account.
- Ensure that quality of transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by SLA metrics.
- Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis.
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules as per predefined rosters.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Coach and groom team members to build a strong and efficient team.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's degree in Finance.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses.
- Eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and be flexible as needs change.
- Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
