Specialist - F&A - R2R 4A

Overview

Specialist role in Finance and Accounting (F&A), Record to Report (R2R), focused on month-end close, reporting, consolidations and balance sheet reconciliations.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for all activities related to month-end closing.
• Ensure adherence to and meeting of KPIs / SLAs, and review the timely execution of controls.
• Drive audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements.
• Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements.
• Review and post month-end journal entries.
• Review and perform month-end close activities.
• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Handle the quarterly intercompany process.
• Resolve balancing items.
• Build customer relationships, drive confidence and improve customer happiness, and lead process update calls with customers whenever required.
• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements.

What you'll need

• Experienced accounting knowledge, with closing and reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance.
• Required skills: Banking Capital Markets, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, Reconciliations, Record To Report (R2R), Regulatory Compliance Management, Risk Management, SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
• English language proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level (required).

Nice to have

• Certifications listed in the ad: Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Compliance Officer (CCO), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).
