What you'll need

• Bachelors in HR/Industrial Relations, Bachelors in Human Resource Management, Bachelors in Psychology, Masters in Business Administration, or Masters in Human Resource Management.
• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning.
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Protouch.
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Employee Experience, Employee Lifecycle Management, Employee Relations, Learning and Development (L&D), Marketing Analytics, Media Research, People Leadership, Storytelling.
• English language proficiency: Proficient (C2).
