Learning & Development Specialist - GCC (Night Shift Operations)

Overview

Learning & Development Specialist (GCC) supporting North America learning needs with partial overlap into India for coordination.

What you'll do

• Facilitate onboarding and foundational training for new hires.
• Deliver skill-based workshops and run quarterly refresher sessions.
• Develop and maintain instructional training materials and basic e-learning modules.
• Analyze training needs, coach team members, and track learning progress in the first 30–60–90 days.
• Run LMS logistics, administer LMS content/tracks, and compile training dashboards.
• Enable Team Leads through leadership-focused facilitation and culture/core values learning activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree is required; related fields are a plus.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in training facilitation and content development (classroom, virtual, or blended).
• Knowledge of LMS (Learning Management System) and ability to learn new software.
• Strong MS Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for reports and presentations.
• Ability to read technical data/system updates/manual procedures and translate into training points.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and confidence speaking in groups.
