Specialist Professional Services Engineer

Overview

Specialist Professional Services Engineer is a customer-facing, billable role delivering specialized expertise for NICE product and services solutions. It includes implementing, configuring, and optimizing CXone digital solutions for enterprise contact centers, with both technical and client-facing responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Install and integrate NICE Cxone and related software solutions on site or remotely.
• Work with the implementation team from project kick-off through handover to the support center.
• Ensure technical architecture components are integrated and implemented correctly.
• Conduct systems testing for performance and reliability.
• Assist customers and vendors with configuration requirements for NICE integration points.
• Collaborate with project managers to design and oversee end-to-end project rollouts.
• Document lessons learned and resolutions in the NICE Knowledge Base.

What you’ll need

• Minimum 8 years’ experience with product implementation and integration.
• Experience with the Cxone suite and NICE WFM.
• Experience with advanced solutions such as recording/telephony integrations, MDC, LDAP, SSO, ACD, DB migrations, disaster recovery, or HA solutions.
• Familiarity with generative AI models, NLU techniques, and automation principles.
• Experience with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and digital customer engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering) or business field (e.g., Marketing, MIS) or equivalent experience.
• Readiness to work in shift for APAC & EMEA.

• Work is described under a hybrid model: 2 days office and 3 days remote each week.
• Role type is an Individual Contributor.
• Flexibility for after-hours and weekend activities is required.
• Reporting into the Tech Manager is specified.
